1. Introduction

By purchasing or accessing The Elite Vault (the “Membership”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. The Membership includes PLR/MRR and personal-use digital products, templates, coaching sessions, and educational materials (“Content”).

2. Membership Access & Cancellation

• Your access remains active while payments are current.

• If you cancel or a payment fails, access to all member-only content (courses, products, bonuses, coaching) ends at the end of the monthly cycle.

• After cancellation, you may not download or add new Vault products to your store, website, or resale platforms.

• Products already listed or branded prior to cancellation may remain live; however, no new Vault items may be uploaded or sold after termination.

• Rejoining later requires enrollment at the then-current rate (which may be higher).

• Members agree to act with integrity and respect all license terms.

3. Digital Product Licensing

• Items marked PLR/MRR may be edited/rebranded/resold within the license terms provided with each product.

• Items marked Personal Use Only are for your business use and may not be shared, resold, or transferred.

• You may not claim authorship of ElevateHerVault products or distribute them beyond granted rights.

4. Payments & Billing

• Recurring billing occurs every 30 days (monthly).

• Maintain valid payment info to avoid interruption.

• Due to digital access, all sales are final; no refunds or pro-rated credits.

5. Refund Policy

Because access to digital files and member resources is immediate, all payments are non-refundable.

6. Coaching & Education Disclaimer

All content is for educational purposes only and does not constitute legal, tax, financial, or professional advice. Consult licensed professionals for your situation.

7. Earnings Disclaimer

No financial results are guaranteed. Outcomes vary by effort, consistency, strategy, and market conditions. Any examples are illustrative only.

8. Intellectual Property

All materials are owned by or licensed to ElevateHerVault and protected by copyright. Unauthorized sharing or reproduction is prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

ElevateHerVault, Katyya Moses, and affiliates are not liable for direct or indirect damages arising from use of the Membership.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA.
