1. Introduction

Welcome to Digital Resell Society, operated by Katyya Moses. By purchasing or accessing this membership, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not join or access the vault.

2. Nature of the Membership

Digital Resell Society is a monthly digital subscription. Members receive:

• 4–6 new digital products per month

• A curated bonus vault

• Mockups + “Turn Canva Into Cash” mini course

• Monthly pre-submitted Q&A session

• Resale rights (PLR/MRR depending on product)

• Ongoing digital resources

Everything is delivered digitally. No physical items are shipped.

3. License & Usage Rights

Unless otherwise stated on the product itself, products inside the membership are offered with Personal Use, PLR, or Master Resell Rights (MRR). The license for each product will be clearly stated.

✔ YOU MAY:

• Edit or not edit the templates

• Resell the finished digital product

• Brand the product as your own

• Use the content inside your own paid course or membership (as long as you do NOT include the editable template link)

• Use included images in your product listings

✘ YOU MAY NOT:

• Share or distribute the editable Canva template link

• Give the template away for free

• Share vault access, login info, or downloads with anyone else

• Include my editable Canva templates inside your own vault or membership

• Re-upload the unedited Canva file for resale

• Sell or share the editable version unless the product specifically states MRR with editable resale

Violations may result in immediate removal without refund.

4. Account Sharing

Membership access is for one individual only.
Sharing your login, files, templates, or vault access with anyone else is not permitted.

If account sharing is detected, your access may be terminated.

5. Monthly Q&A Policy

You may submit one (1) question per month via the official question form.

To ensure fairness to all members:

• You must provide the email used during sign-up for verification

• Only ONE question per member is allowed

• Questions must be submitted at least 5–7 days before the Q&A session

• Only pre-submitted questions are answered

• Questions requiring advanced coaching, tech fixes, or audits may require a paid upgrade

Katyya will answer questions live or in a prerecorded format. Unanswered questions may be addressed in a follow-up video.

6. Payments & Billing

Digital Resell Society renews every 30 days automatically using the payment method provided at checkout.

Failed payments will be automatically retried. If payment is not completed, membership access will be revoked.

7. Refund Policy

Because all products are digital and downloadable:

All sales are final. No refunds.

Access to any product, download, or vault page fulfills delivery of the membership.

8. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel anytime before the next billing cycle.

Upon cancellation:

• You immediately lose access to the vault, bonus vault, Q&A replays, and all future drops

• You may NOT upload new products using my Canva links or templates after cancellation

• You may NOT add new items from the vault into your shop after cancellation

• Any products already published in your shop before the date of cancellation may remain (no requirement to remove them)

• You may not continue selling products that were never uploaded or were still sitting in Canva after your cancellation date

You are welcome to rejoin at any time, but the price may be higher.

9. Content Updates & Membership Changes

Digital Resell Society may add, update, or remove content to maintain quality.

We reserve the right to modify:

• Membership structure

• Q&A frequency

• Available product types

• Bonus content

• Support boundaries

• Terms & Conditions

Any changes will apply going forward.

10. Support Boundaries

Included support:

• Vault access help

• Download issues

• General guidance

• Monthly Q&A sessions

NOT included:

• 1:1 coaching

• Custom mockups

• Shop audits

• Business strategy

• Tech troubleshooting outside the membership scope

Private coaching is available for an additional fee.

11. Limitation of Liability

By joining, you agree that Digital Resell Society is not responsible for your:

• Sales

• Earnings

• Shop performance

• Platform suspensions

• Customer issues

• Tax obligations

• Need for legal or financial advice

You are solely responsible for your business decisions and outcomes.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA.
